Spark Festival: Product Photography Intro

In this practical photography workshop, you will learn how to set up a home studio and take quality product shots. This is perfect for those who would like to improve their photography skills to be able to take their own photos for documentation and promotion. You will also have the opportunity to put your new skills into action and starting on your project straight away.

The morning session will cover the fundamentals of using a digital camera, setting up a background, choosing the best lens, lighting setup, compositional technique, and tidying your image in photoshop.

In the afternoon, you'll have the chance to get creative! Apply everything you’ve learnt by bringing in a small object to photograph. This will be done with guidance from the facilitator.

We supply backgrounds and lighting. BYO digital camera and small object to photograph (maximum size 20cmx20cm).

Please note this workshop is suitable for adults 18+ years.
