Workshop for new dads

'Getting to know your baby' is a workshop for fathers of babies aged up to 10 months old. 

Come along to learn how to respond to your child’s cues and read the hidden messages in their behaviour.

This is a practical course in which you will also learn how to do baby massage, which is effective for settling and sleep problems, and is a useful method for building strong connection and communication.

The session will be held at Drummoyne Community Centre. We recommend you wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring a mat to sit on and a blanket for your baby to lie on (yoga mats are great!).
