Our annual Chemical CleanOut Day will be held at Cintra Park car park on Saturday, 31 October from 9am-3.30pm for residents of the Inner West, says Mayor Angelo Tsirekas.
The event is held annually and provides residents a chance to clean out their households and safely dispose of chemicals.
"It’s important to protect our families and the environment and to dispose of old chemicals in a safe manner. Last year we recorded 29,591kg of collected household chemical waste,” Mayor Tsirekas said.
