Parking fines reviews
If you would like to request a review of a fine, please lodge a review via Revenue NSW. Reviews must be lodged with Revenue NSW, and not with Council.
Parking fines reports
From October 2025 onwards, Council is required to publish a report on parking penalty notices it has issued within the City of Canada Bay local government area, including the total number of parking fines, parking fines withdrawn and reasons why a penalty notice was posted.
Updates will be provided in October 2025, and then on a six-monthly basis from 1 January 2026 in line with the Fines Amendment (Parking Fines) Act 2024 and Fines Amendment (Parking Fines) Regulation 2025.
