Ten local artists and members of the Drummoyne Art Society are showcasing their paintings at our City of Canada Bay libraries in May and June. Come and enjoy the beautiful display of local art.

Many of the artworks picture locations in the City of Canada Bay. Take in a Drummoyne Bay sunrise, Birkenhead Marina, Exile Bay and the view of Gladesville from Abbotsford Wharf. If you live in Thompson Street or Alexandra Street in Drummoyne, you might even find a picture of your house.

All paintings are for sale directly from the artists at very reasonable prices.

Join us in celebrating Planet Ark’s National Tree Day at Queen Elizabeth Park on Sunday, 30 July, 2017.

On National Tree Day we will meet at Queen Elizabeth Park for a planting day and barbecue.

The park contains a significant remnant of the endangered ecological community, Sydney Turpentine Ironbark Forest. Council is committed to the ongoing recovery of this regionally significant vegetation community and supports bushcare activities in the park.
