As part of Dementia Action Week, the Inner West Region's Dementia Friendly Community Alliance would like to invite residents to a free event all about brain health as you age. There will be:

• Talks on keeping your brain healthy by the Brain and Mind Centre.
• Launch of the Dementia Alliance Referral Pathways card.
• Movement and music activities form the Dance Health Alliance.
• Stalls showcasing the local supports available for people living with dementia and their carers/families.

Morning tea and a light lunch will be provided.
