To celebrate Seniors Festival from 11–24 March 2024, Concord Oval Recreation Centre will be offering seniors with a valid concession or pension card free access to their Fit For Life exercise classes.

Fit for Life Moves is a low to moderate intensity exercise program designed for people over 50, or for people who are living with stable health conditions. Classes are 45 minutes and run Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30am or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30am. 

Join us for a magical morning of music at Cabarita Conservatory on Thursday, 21 March in celebration of Seniors Festival 2024.

Enjoy a free morning tea followed by a musical performance by the Canada Bay Community Choir and Concord High School Vocal Ensemble and Chamber Strings.

Located in the heart of Cabarita Park, the conservatory provides the perfect backdrop for this intimate event especially for senior residents living in the City of Canada Bay. Bookings are essential as spaces are limited, so register now!
