2026 Rhodes Lunar New Year

The Rhodes Lunar New Year celebration has been rescheduled to Friday, 6 March! 

Come along and join this special community celebration to welcome in the Year of the Horse.

Enjoy a vibrant program of multicultural community performances, delicious food and market stalls, free children’s activities, a screening of Babe (PG) in the park at 7:30pm, and a fireworks finale to close the night.

The team from Rhodes Recreation Centre will also be at the festival — visit their stall to pick up a free gymnastics trial voucher and learn more about the new facility!

The Rhodes Lunar New Year Festival is a community volunteer initiative, hosted by the Rhodes Multicultural Community Association, funded by the Department of Home Affairs and supported by City of Canada Bay and event partners.
