Building Network Information Session July 2025

This network is an information platform for people living and working in apartment buildings or strata committee members in the Canada Bay Council area to network and exchange ideas regarding waste management, and other shared challenges.

This session will cover:

1. The NSW Government EV Ready Building Program. The program guides you through what’s needed to prepare your apartment building for electric vehicle charging. Whether you're on the strata committee, manage the building, or want to future-proof your home, this session covers key steps, challenges, and practical tips to get started.
2. Sydney Water’s WaterFix Strata program. This program can help your building save water and cut costs. Learn how the program works, the savings on offer, and how to get started with no upfront costs.
3. Solar for Apartment Residents Grant Program. Get your building solar-ready, lower energy costs, and boost efficiency. This session will walk you through the grant, key steps, and practical tips to help you apply with confidence.
