Join this practical course to gain confidence as a city cyclist, learn important New South Wales road rules and discover essential guidelines for safe cycling.
Ideal for anyone who wants to learn to ride safely and navigate the city, this course will help you develop the skills and confidence required to plan your route, stay alert and safe, be seen and heard, know the road rules and have fun getting around the City of Canada Bay and beyond by bike.
Refresh your bicycle control skills and learn to stop suddenly, change gears and signal. Once you have demonstrated the basics, the group will head out to enjoy all our area has to offer. Under guidance of our facilitator, you will explore the streets by bike while:

The course is intended for adults and children over the age of 16. Children under the age of 18 require an adult supervisor at all times.
Please note: Bookings are essential as capacity is limited. Priority for this event is given to residents of the City of Canada Bay. Proof of residency may be required. In the case that this event is fully booked, your details will be added to an automated waitlist.
