Exhibition: Retrospective by Jose Gutierrez

Exhibition: Retrospective by Jose Gutierrez

Five Dock Library View in maps

Jose Gutierrez is fluent in many mediums including oils, watercolour, acrylic, gouache and pastels. He also practices photography. Technology and computers are part of Jose’s many interests in the visual arts - with digital art bringing an added dimension to his his work. Jose believes that ‘the subject will always determine the choice of medium’.

Jose does not have a singular genre of preference in his work which may include landscapes, seascapes, portraiture, abstracts, people or just anything that may excite the senses. As a member of the Drummoyne Art Society, he has participated in numerous group exhibitions with the society. Jose is a motivated and passionate artist; enjoying painting, teaching and discussing art.

The free exhibition will run during opening hours at Five Dock Library from Monday, 3 February to Monday, 2 March.

Join us on Wednesday, 2 February for a free exhibition opening and art demonstration. Bookings are essential. Click here for details.
