Festive Formosa

Due to the forecast extreme heat this weekend, and to ensure the safety of our community, Festive Formosa has been postponed to Saturday, 7 March 2026.

We look forward to celebrating with you then – please take care in the heat this weekend.

You're invited to join us for the Festive Formosa, a two-day street party celebration taking place on Formosa Street and the connected Shared Space in Drummoyne. Come along to this free community event and join your neighbours for a festive weekend with fun activities and entertainment. 

Proudly funded by the NSW Government in association with the City of Canada Bay, this free street party is part of Plug & Play Canada Bay, bringing our community together to celebrate the festive season.

Saturday, 6 December 4–9pm:

• Festive treats
• Live music and art
• Lolo Lovina and her Gypsy Caravan Stage
• Santa will be stopping by between 4:30–5:30pm

Sunday, 7 December 11am–3pm:

• Delicious eats
• Music and art
• Street games
• Playkour
• Gift making workshops
• Animal farm

To help reduce traffic and minimise on-street parking impacts, we encourage attendees to walk, cycle or carpool where possible.

This event is delivered in collaboration with The Oxford Hotel, Drummoyne Art & Craft Cooperative, Drummoyne Chamber and The Agency.
