Collaborate Canada Bay
Clear your head, stretch out and strengthen your core with free, online pilates classes! Guided by Penny Cook, the principal trainer from Graceful Body, the classes will take you on a relaxing journey for your body and mind.
The Flex and Muse sessions will run every Tuesday night from 5:00-6:00pm via Zoom, and are open to young people aged 13-19 years who live or attend school in the City of Canada Bay.
No previous experience is required - all fitness levels are welcome.
