Join us to celebrate International Day of People with Disability at the Rhodes Foreshore Park and Rhodes Amphitheatre on Friday, 3 December! This day is all about challenging the way you think about disability and helping to build a more inclusive community.  

The Ebenezer Mission is presenting a program of activities, supported by the City of Canada Bay. Come along to celebrate the achievements of people with disability and promote awareness, understanding, and acceptance in the community. 

Rhodes Foreshore Park, 2-7pm:

  • Para archery with athletes from Sydney Olympic Park Archery Club and special guest Ricci Cheah, Australia's national para-archery coach
  • Information desks offering information about NDIS, disability employment, activities for people with disability and the Duke of Edinburgh
  • Fundraising stalls

Rhodes Amphitheatre, 2-7:30pm:

  • Children's activities including face-painting, art/craft, origami and puppet-making

Rhodes Amphitheatre, 3:30-7:30pm:

  • Concert featuring contemporary, choir and traditional Korean music, dance performances, plus saxophone, piano and vocal solos
