Jump track, Majors Bay Reserve, Norman Street, Concord

To celebrate the opening of the new Jump Track in Major’s Bay Reserve, Jump Track Jam took place on 14 June 2025 from 12–4pm and was a huge success! The event also marked the completion of a fantastic mural by artist Sam Absurd. An afternoon of bikes, beats, and good vibes focused on participation, community spirit, and celebrating this exciting new space designed for riders of all ages and abilities.

Organised by our partners Dyss Events, the program featured a range of activities on and off the track.

🎧 DJ DREW and DJ Mali hit the decks to drop some beats with MC Brodie working the crowd.

🚴‍♂️ Freestyle Now and BMX Mafia joined forces to give Pro Rider jump track demos with some truly awe-inspiring tricks and styles. After a  toolbox talk on the importance of  helmet safety, local riders from Tots to Pops enjoyed coaching sessions from the guys.

🎵 Park users were entertained by live music from Junkyard Beats and could take advantage of free bike tuning by Bikewise and CPR workshops by St John’s. Local Concord business Cycle World set up shop to display and showcase bikes, and there was even a guest appearance by Fire and Rescue NSW .
