Seniors Week Kokedama Garden Ball Workshop

Originating from Japan in the early 1600s, the kokedama is a form of garden ball where a plant’s root system is bound with moss and string, transforming it into a spectacular work of art.

Come along, get your hands dirty and learn how to make your very own koke(moss) dama(ball) to take home, at this guided workshop.

Bookings are essential as capacity is limited. Priority is given to senior residents of the City of Canada Bay. Proof of residency may be required.

For more information, please contact City of Canada Bay’s Sustainability team at 9911 6555 or reserve your spot by clicking on the booking link.
