Join Laughter and Wellness Teacher Molly Furzer as we explore the many techniques of Laughter Wellness, including:
  • Laughter exercises
  • Breathing exercises
  • Playfulness
  • Mental fitness
  • Social connections
  • Meditation & guided relaxation

This workshop is open to seniors, beginners are encouraged to attend! The benefits of Laughter Wellness are many – from relieving stress, pain and tension, to boosting self-esteem and confidence. It is very helpful to those undergoing health issues, and is suitable for all ages. If movement is a problem, it can be done seated. Molly Furzer is a certified Laughter Wellness Teacher Level 2.

10.30-11.30am workshop. Light refreshments at 10-10.30am.
