Taking photographs is a great way for people to connect with nature, and these days it's easier than ever as almost everyone, has a smartphone or other device with them at all times.

Adults are invited along to this fun and interactive workshop, set in an important protected habitat right on our doorstep.

An experienced professional photographer will provide the technical background, straightforward tips and guidance to take your own beautiful nature photography images.

A mangrove education expert from Sydney Olympic Park will provide the scientific background to this unique workshop.

Bring along your camera, smartphone or tablet, explore the surrounding mangrove environment in the Kokoda Track Memorial Park, learn about the amazing lives of mangroves and get immediate feedback on what makes a great nature photograph.

These workshops are designed for City of Canada Bay residents with priority given to Canada Bay foreshore residents.
