Join us for a fun evening with popular journalist and author Richard Glover as he takes us on a hilarious journey back through time, to a land we might barely recognise today.

The Australia of the late 60s and early 70s was a place of funny clothing and food that was appalling. It was also the land of staggeringly awful attitudes, often enshrined in law, towards those who did not fit in.

In an era of greater sophistication and multiculturalism, these things may seem truly cringe-worthy. Richard’s social and cultural observations make you laugh and cry, feel angry and inspired. He’ll leave you wondering how bizarre things were not so long ago, how far we have come and how far we have yet to go.
