Uhrs Point Reserve (East), Llewellyn Street Rhodes View in maps

Due to the wet weather forecast, the workshop on Saturday, 4 May has been postponed to a new date of Saturday, 11 May 2024. Participants who have registered for the 4 May workshop will be given priority for the new date.

On the day of the workshop, last minute opportunities to join the workshop will be opened up at 10:15am. Any person who has registered for the workshop and is not present by 10:15am will forfeit their place. If the workshop is fully subscribed, additional attendees can enjoy viewing the mural come to life.

Join us for a free and fun artist-run introduction to mural painting from start to finish! This outdoor workshop is a hands-on experience where you will learn painting techniques and collaborate with a group to paint a mural. No experience is needed, just an open mind ready to have fun. All materials and equipment provided.

Please note that as the event involves painting and takes place outdoors, it is advised that you wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on and dress appropriately for the weather. Remember to bring a water bottle and sunscreen.

Workshop parking:

  • Leeds Street Carpark (short walk under Ryde Bridge to workshop site)
