Open Maker Induction Session

City of Canada Bay Libraries are taking the precautionary measure to cancel all our library programs until further notice due to COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus). We are looking at alternative ways to continue delivering virtual activities and learning through our eLibrary plus other online resources.

The health and safety of our community is of paramount importance and the City of Canada Bay will continue to monitor and follow the advice of State and Federal authorities.

are you a DIY tinkerer? Crafter? Budding engineer? Need some time, space or expertise to help pursue your passion project? Come join our community of Makers!

Come along to our induction session and get familiar with our facilities. After a quick safety induction you’ll have access to hand tools, 3D printers, soldering irons, electronics, a die cutter and a sewing machine for self-directed use. We also have laptops with specialist software for 3D modelling, animating, video making, and visual design.

Whether you're learning a new skill, finishing an old project, or just want to get inspired — come and see what’s possible at our Open Maker.

No prior experience is necessary. Library membership is required.
