Parenting teenagers course

Are you the parent of a tech-obsessed teenager?

Come along to the Engaging Adolescents Workshop to improve your communication, build trust, strengthen the bond you have with your teen and develop realistic expectations. This event is open to parents of teens who live or go to school in the City of Canada Bay.

The course starts with a face-to-face four-hour group workshop delivered by local psychologist and founder of Digital Nutrition, Jocelyn Brewer. This initial workshop will be followed up with two one-hour online group sessions on:

• Wednesday, 16 November at 7pm
• Wednesday, 7 December at 7pm

These follow-up sessions will give you an opportunity to practice the skills and theory you learn in the workshop and get feedback.

This course is run by Drummoyne Community Centre and funded by the City of Canada Bay.
