Planning Proposal - Housekeeping Amendments

Council is seeking feedback on the Planning Proposal (the Proposal) to amend the Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 (LEP) and associated maps.  The Proposal will address a number of miscellaneous drafting anomalies including incorrect heritage listings and mapping errors related to height of buildings, floor space ratio and zoning, as well as amendments to Clause 3.3 (Environmentally sensitive areas excluded), Clause 6.3 (Terrestrial biodiversity), additional permitted uses and the removal of Residential Flat Buildings as a permissible use within the B4 Mixed Use zone.

All relevant documentation will be on public exhibition from 31 October 2017 to 28 November 2017.
