The City of Canada Bay is offering a free child restraint fitting service for residents, hosted by RMS Authorised Restraint Fitters. Correctly fitted child restraints save lives.

On Saturday, 23 February 2019 between 9am and 1pm, Council will offer a fitting service. The fitting station will be set up in the Civic Centre Staff Car Park. Entrance to the car park is on Bayswater Street, Drummoyne, next door to Drummoyne Preschool Kindergarten 2-4 Bayswater Street, Drummoyne.  

Tickets for this event will be made available to the residents from 23 January 2019 and will be issued until exhausted. Alternatively, you can search for an Authorised Restraint Fitting Station in the local area. Please note the cost of using these fitting stations is not covered by Council.

Bookings are essential:

• Bookings for only one vehicle per family will be taken
• Bookings are only available for residents of the City of Canada Bay
• Booking tickets must be presented on arrival
• Any parts (buckle, harness, extension strap etc) you may require that are supplied by the fitting service will incur a charge at the time of fitting. CASH only. Please ensure you bring cash on the day of the fitting service.

Please note your booking time as late attendance to the venue will impact the smooth running of the event.
