Seniors Festival: Free exercise classes

To celebrate Seniors Festival from 11–24 March 2024, Concord Oval Recreation Centre will be offering seniors with a valid concession or pension card free access to their Fit For Life exercise classes.

Fit for Life Moves is a low to moderate intensity exercise program designed for people over 50, or for people who are living with stable health conditions. Classes are 45 minutes and run Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30am or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30am. 

Accessibility: Concord Oval Recreation Centre has 3-hour parking under the centre, with accessible parking spaces and a lift to gain entry to the gym if needed. Entry to the parking lot is on Gipps Street.
