Understanding Aged Care Reforms: Information Hub

The Australian Government is introducing aged care reforms to improve services and support for older Australians, both now and into the future.

To support the community, Concord Library will host an information hub on select Wednesdays from 10am-12pm. Come along and have your questions answered about the upcoming reforms and get guidance with accessing My Aged Care. 

The hub is a free service provided to the community and is supported by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and 3 Bridges Healthy Ageing Hub.
