Yaralla Estate View in maps

The Yaralla Bushcare Group works in a large area of bushland containing the Endangered Ecological Community Sydney Turpentine Ironbark Forest (STIF). This forest was once widespread in the City of Canada Bay, however there are now only tiny pockets of this precious vegetation remaining in the western suburbs of Sydney.

New volunteers are always welcome! Bushcare is a great way to enjoy nature and volunteer alongside like-minded people.

We will provide gloves, tools and morning tea. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing, as well as sturdy enclosed shoes and a hat.
