Click and Collect

Concord Library and The Learning Space will reopen to fully vaccinated visitors on Monday, 11 October. Click and Collect will continue to be available at Concord Library.

City of Canada Bay Libraries is now offering Click and Collect for library members at Concord Library. Borrowed items can be returned at any time using the after hours return chute. 

To take part in Click and Collect please follow the instructions below or call 9911 6210 or email library@canadabay.nsw.gov.au to reserve. Reserved items need to be located at Concord Library in order to Click and Collect. Please do not attend the library unless you have reserved an item and have received notification from staff about your appointment time.

NOTE: Click and Collect is currently available at Concord Library only. 

  1. You can reserve up to 10 items online via our Online Catalogue or via the City of Canada Bay Libraries' App (available to download for Android devices on Google Play and for iPhones/iPads via the App Store). You can also call us on 9911 6210 or email library@canadabay.nsw.gov.au to reserve. Items will need to be located at Concord Library.
  2. Members will be notified by phone or email when your items are available for collection. Please do not attend the library until you have received notification.
  3. Your items will be issued to your account and held for five days. Any items not collected after 10 days will be returned.
  4. Please download the Service NSW app or arrange a COVID-19 Check In Card (if you have not already) prior to your visit — for more information visit the NSW Government website.
  1. On your arrival you will be required to check in using the Service NSW QR code, wear a mask and maintain social distance. We recommend downloading the Service NSW app or arranging a COVID-19 Check In Card prior to your visit — for more information visit the NSW Government website.
  2. When you arrive at the library entrance your loans will be available to collect on a table. Please have your library card ready for staff to check.
  3. Our Click and Collect service is contactless and will be conducted in a COVID-safe manner. We ask that members adhere to all relevant NSW Public Health Orders.

Opening hours from 11 October:
Monday to Thursday: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 9:30am - 5pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 4pm
Sunday: 1 - 5pm
