Councillors voted to uphold Council's resolution of 26 May 2015 not to merge with Burwood and Strathfield as this option failed the initial scale test and was determined to be financially unsustainable.
Council will now prepare a submission to the Boundaries Commission on the basis that the City of Canada Bay will 'stand alone'.
