City's future explored in LEGO exhibition

| 01 September 2017

The Future of Canada Bay Model Exhibition designs will be on display in the facility at Cabarita Park during the school holidays, with a play zone also set up for families to drop-in and create.

Entries are now open for members of the community to use the plastic bricks known and loved by children and adults to produce a unique design as part of this fun exhibition.

The future of Canada Bay theme can be interpreted in many ways including how the community will move, what kinds of homes they will live in and where they work and play in the future.

Registration for the competition is free with three age categories – 5 to 10 years, 11 to 16 years and 17 plus. All entries will receive a gift from the newly elected Mayor with prizes awarded to each category.

To enter visit the  page.

There will also be an opportunity when visiting the exhibition to enjoy a free session of play at the Cabarita Conservatory, with lots of LEGO© to choose from.
