UrbanGrowth NSW has released their draft Strategy for the Parramatta Road Corridor which identifies areas of potential redevelopment.
The documents are on public exhibition until Saturday, 19 December 2015.
Council is aware that property owners in the study area are being contacted by real estate agents and developers making claims and seeking to acquire property.
Council advises that no rezoning of property has occurred and people should be cautious of such enquiries and seek relevant advice.
