FerraCucina will once again host a star-studded lineup of local chefs demonstrating how to prepare some of their favourite Italian dishes. FerraCucina favourites - Angelo’s on the Bay, Tintilla Estate, Gatto Matto Trattoria, Sapori Mediterranean Cuisine, Five Dock Meat Market and Peterson’s Wines - will be returning to the stage this year.
“We are delighted to welcome Pina Pacialeo, of Pina Cucina fame, to join us on the FerraCucina stage this year,” Mayor Tsirekas said.
Pina decided to start a following many requests from family friends for recipes of her delicious Italian cooking. The videos were a great success with thousands of people tuning in and following Pina as she prepares some of her favourite and traditional recipes.
All the Ferragosto favourites are returning for another fun-filled event. The popular Italian car and Ducati display will be lined on Great North Road; gelato eating competitions and trivia will be by the post office; 150 market stalls will run along the street; there will free rides for the kids and an animal farm, and local acts will perform on , and .
