Join Susannah Fullerton on Monday, 3 December at 7pm at Concord Library as she takes readers on a journey in her latest book .
Drawing on contemporary accounts, illustrations and a close reading of Jane Austen’s novels, the reader is taken through all the stages of a Regency Ball as Austen and her characters would have known it. Austen enjoyed dressing up and going to a ball, as did her characters. Fullerton’s gives the reader an insight into her life and how she and her characters enjoyed socialising and meeting future husbands.
Gourmand-awarded nutritionist, naturopath and cook, Janella Purcell shows how easy it is to cook well and have good health in her latest book . The co-host of will be speaking about her new book at Five Dock Library on Tuesday, 4 December at 7pm.
