Drummoyne and Cabarita swimming centres are now open!

“I am pleased to announce that after a few months off over the winter period, our pools at Cabarita and Drummoyne are open and ready for action,” City of Canada Bay Mayor Angelo Tsirekas said.

To celebrate the opening of the pool season, the City of Canada Bay is hosted an open day at both sites on 1 September. Both pools came alive with music, a free midday barbecue lunch, 15% off memberships and multi-visit passes, and more.

Splash about at Cabarita Swimming Centre which boasts one of the best views that Sydney has to offer. Home to three heated swimming pools, community room, grassed area, hot showers, change room facilities, and a new accessible ramp, it’s the perfect spot to cool off this season.

“Our heated outdoor salt water pool at Drummoyne is located under the Iron Cove Bridge. This swimming centre boasts high quality programs and panoramic views of the Iron Cove Bridge for the whole family to enjoy.”

“We are also thrilled that the Croatian Men’s water polo team will be hosted at our own Drummoyne Swimming Centre this December.”
