City of Canada Bay is now taking stallholder applications for one of Sydney’s largest and most loved celebrations of Italian culture.
Ferragosto returns to Great North Road, Five Dock on Sunday, 21 August, from 10am-4pm.
“Ferragosto is a great day out for the whole family with plenty of food and entertainment on offer,” Mayor Angelo Tsirekas said.
“Last year’s festival attracted record crowds of over 80,000 people and we’re expecting an even bigger turnout this year”.
Ferragosto will this year include several stages of entertainment along Great North Road, over 160 food, wine and merchandise stalls, roving performers, free children’s activities, an Italian car and Ducati display, cooking demonstrations and competitions.
