The City of Canada Bay is committed to providing quality facilities that encourage our community to participate in an active, social and healthy lifestyle. 

From Monday, 19 June, Council will commence the upgrade to Powells Creek Reserve Sports Field No.2. The works include the installing new irrigation, laying top-soil, re-turfing the field and installing a new synthetic turf wicket and soccer goals. The works will take approximately three months. Council will ensure the sports field is completed to coincide with the commencement of the summer sports season.

Community Recycling Centre for Problem Household Wastes

The City of Canada Bay Community Recycling Centre is located at 15-17 Regatta Road, Five Dock and is open Wednesday to Saturday 9am-1pm. The problem wastes that are accepted at the Centre will be sent for specialist recycling and must never be placed in any of your household bins.
