Maths Fun in Libraries (Concord)

Maths Fun in Libraries is specially designed for public libraries on the Smith Family's Let's Count program.

The four week program is divided into the following sessions:

Session 1: Maths in everyday life

Session 2: Measurement, shapes and spatial awareness

Session 3: Patterns and sequencing

Session 4: Data and probability/Volume and displacement.

The course is designed for pre-schoolers aged 3-5 years and their accompanying adult co-learners.

2019 National Law Week: Legal issues for Older People

City of Canada Bay Libraries, together with Seniors Rights Service, invite you to join their panel of lawyers and seniors rights experts as they explore issues that older people and their families experience when planning for their future.

There will be a film screening of the play Piano Forte, which explores financial and other forms of elder abuse. Followed by a discussion and a chance to ask the panel members questions. Free refreshments will be provided.
