Established in 2021, AFAA is held every two years and invites contemporary artists from across Australia to submit recent, original work in any fibre-based medium such as weaving, crochet, basketry, felt and more. With its broad interpretation of ‘fibre art,’ it attracts a fascinating mix of artworks!
