About the book

When Elizabeth finds something smooth, hard, and round at the beach, her imagination runs wild! Is it a cannonball from a pirate ship? Or a pearl from a Mermaid Queen’s crown?

Join Elizabeth (and her little companions) on a journey of creative invention as they wonder what lies under the sand.
