Kate’s new novel Restless Dolly Maunder, is the story of Dolly Maunder. Born at the end of the nineteenth century, society’s doors were slowly starting to creak ajar for women. Growing up in a poor farming family in country New South Wales, Dolly spent her restless life pushing at those doors.
