Georgia Freebody is an artist, teacher, and art therapist local to Wangal land, Sydney, Australia.

Georgia’s paintings range from figurative to abstract, their content and expression evocative of interacting with, celebrating, and being a part of the natural world.

This is an exhibition depicting a mixture of genres and styles, including: seascapes, landscapes, treescapes, representations of birds and fruit trees evocative of summer days, whimsical narratives telling the stories of humans, and curious space junk exploring natural spaces.

This exhibition is by a group of artists who share the belief that the desire to create comes from the ultimate Creator, God, "who created all things and who created us in His image." Thus they rejoice in the beauty of the natural world and as a group they delight in their attempts to recreate that beauty in artwork that is as diverse and unique as they themselves are. They see this as “the joy of creation that is available to us all.”
