In this workshop local artist and teacher Christine Curtis will present a fun kids art workshop at Concord Library.

All materials will be provided for the workshop, and we recommend wearing an old shirt on the day!

This event is part of Canada Bay Makers festival.

The Lateral Stitchers embroidery group formed in 1991, with the aim to design, stitch and create innovative embroidery and textile art. The group have exhibited across galleries, community venues and travelling exhibitions, with members working towards a new exhibition of work every two years.

Membership of Lateral Stitchers is widespread, with the group honing their skills and techniques through workshops and a little bit of 'lateral thinking' here and there. The majority of members meet regularly in Concord West.
