Clare Hooper works boldly with colour, line, and form. Her sense of colour is dynamic and exciting, taking us to a new vibrant world. The art is a response to her surroundings, the things she sees, and her research on animals. All comes together in an expressive and imaginative way. Spontaneity is the key to her work where the images flow with lyrical fun, often showing adorable naïve characters that play on the canvas.
