National Science Week 2019: Be kind to your gut

Join us for two talks tonight on being kind to your gut. Our first speaker, Alison Luk, will talk about how you can keep your gut microbes fueled-up by eating the right types of food, and how your microbes return the favour by making you healthier.

Our second speaker, Amy Bottomley, will talk about about how bacteria grow, the huge variety of shapes that they form, and how changing shape and size can help them survive.

This event is part of Inspiring Australia’s Talking Science series as part of Sydney Science Festival in National Science Week.
