The Australian Government is introducing aged care reforms to improve services and support for older Australians, both now and into the future.

To support the community, Concord Library will host an information session about the Aged Care reforms. Come and speak with a professional about all things My Aged Care.

The session will be supported by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and 3 Bridges Healthy Ageing Hub.
