Furoshiki, the traditional Japanese wrapping cloth is used to wrap things. It has more than 1,200 years-old history and had been widely used until the end of the Edo Period. It started out as the cloth in which people carried their clothes, but later it came to be used to carry or to wrap almost anything of various shapes.

This outdoor workshop, led by master forager a Diego Bonetto, will cover the most common wild foods, with a focus on what are the most healthy and delicious plants. You'll leave with a great foundation of knowledge for a lifetime of sustainable foraging.
Participants need to be 12 years old and over.
