Youth Week Kokedama Moss Ball Workshop

Come along, get your hands dirty and learn how to make your very own koke (moss) dama (ball), an ancient form of Japanese garden art.

Bookings are essential as capacity is limited. Priority is given to youth residents (between 13-25 years old) of the City of Canada Bay. Proof of residency may be required.

Come along and find out how these little critters are fantastic for your garden and waste management. This workshop highlights how feeding unwanted fruit and vegetable scraps to compost worms (a type of earthworm) are cheap and simple ways of reducing waste sent to landfill and improving the quality of your garden.
