Celebrate the 10th Birthday of  Concord Library and Wellbank Children's Centre with Madame BonBon who creates clothes, hats and shoes fit for a Maharaja, a Sultan, a Queen. She comes from a long line of tailors, milliners and shoemakers who have made and sold their creations in exotic locations all over the world. With her pet poodle, Peaches, she tells their tales about fine clothes and fantastic fabrics.

Join us to celebrate our 10th Birthday at Concord Library and Wellbank Children's Centre.

Come down for entertainment, food, petting zoo, displays by our local emergency services, photo exhibition and more. There will be special library events* plus face painting and kids activities in the centre playground. Our car park will be closed off for this special event.
