We invite teenage girls and female identifying young people between 14-24 to engage in a free creative workshop all about unapologetically embracing who they are.

This group workshop focuses inwards to help participants discover their inner essence and explore what nourishes their wellbeing. This will be a safe space where young people are encouraged to develop a stronger sense of self-identity and connection with themselves and others.
