Drummoyne Community Centre is running a course for parents with pre-crawlers (0–10 months). Learn about your baby’s body language and unique cues – sight, sound and sensory – and what they are telling you. The course involves practical activities such as learning to do infant massage and exploring settling and sleep techniques.
Take part in a workshop delivered by Surf Life Saving NSW that covers how to give resuscitation, what to do when your child is choking, how to treat minor injuries and information about childhood illnesses like asthma and allergies.
You can choose to take part in a short course on the day (from 12:30–3:30pm) or a fully accredited longer course (from 12:30–5pm).
